I was invited along to Oak Field Primary School in Barry, Wales to be a part of their inset day focusing on the community and what success looks like for them, it was a great day where the staff was given the chance to have their input on what they thought would make their community school dream come true. The artwork now sits in pride of place in the staff room to remind staff what aims they set and what makes good practice.
