I’m Tom. Originally from Yorkshire, I’m now based in the South East of England, working with clients across the UK and internationally.
I’m a scribe artist specialising in live visual capture for conferences, talks, and events around the world. Over the years, I’ve been described as a live illustrator, visual note-taker, sketch-noter, and doodle artist. While the terminology varies from project to project, I prefer the term scribing, translating complex, fast-moving conversations into clear, engaging visual narratives.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working globally with a diverse range of organisations. Clients, including the BBC, NHS, Unilever, TED, and The Royal Society, have trusted me to bring clarity, creativity, and structure to their events and projects.
My work helps audiences better understand key ideas in the moment, while also creating lasting visual assets that can be used for communications, marketing, and stakeholder engagement long after the event has finished.

Large-scale illustrations created live on paper or card, or foam boards at your venue.
